Christopher Forman Named Pacific Theatres CEO: The appointment is part of an expansion strategy by the 300-screen chain of movie theaters. Forman had been serving as executive vice president of the Los Angeles-based company. He will also be chief executive of Consolidated Amusement Co., the company’s Hawaii theater operation. His uncle, Jerome A. Forman, will continue as president of Pacific, while father Michael R. Forman will continue as chairman.
