From Times staff and wire reports
A mild earthquake shook the Yucca Valley area, one of the thousands of aftershocks of the 1992 Landers temblor. There were no reports of damage or injuries, said San Bernardino County sheriff’s deputies. The 4:45 p.m. quake had a preliminary magnitude of 3.2 and its epicenter was 18 miles north of Yucca Valley, said Caltech seismologist Jim Mori.
