LAGUNA NIGUEL : Council Candidates Forum Is Planned
City Council candidates are scheduled to discuss campaign issues Wednesday at a forum sponsored by the League of Women Voters of the Capistrano Bay Area.
The 7 p.m. forum will be at Shepherd of the Hills Church, 30121 Niguel Road. The public is invited.
Each candidate will be allowed to make a statement before the audience asks questions. Nine candidates are vying for two seats on the council.
