Beefed-Up Brokerage: Coldwell Banker Corp., the national real estate brokerage based in Mission Viejo, said it plans to more than double the number of offices it has in the Los Angeles area.
During the next year, the company intends to add 29 offices, bringing its total number of company-owned and franchise locations in Los Angeles to 50.
“We are confident the Los Angeles real estate market will continue its turnaround,” said Bob Arrigoni, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Since the beginning of this year, Coldwell Banker Corp. has opened 90 offices, bringing its total number of locations nationwide to 2,341.
