Male Nurse Accused of Raping 4 Patients Who Were Still Under

INVERNESS, Fla. — A male nurse faces charges of raping four female patients while they were under anesthesia at a hospital and more than 20 other women told investigators they, too, may have been sexually assaulted.
Bruce Alan Young was arrested last week when another nurse at Citrus Memorial Hospital reported seeing him having sexual intercourse with an unconscious 15-year-old girl in the recovery room.
“Every complaint is being investigated,” said Police Chief Bill Vitt. “We are checking each victim’s story in order to put them at ease.”
Four rape charges have been filed so far against Young, 45, who has been a registered nurse since 1990.
