Oxnard 27, San Marcos 20--Senior running back David Cameron scored from one yard to cap a 21-point rally in the fourth quarter at Oxnard (3-2, 2-0). Cameron scored on a 76-yard pass from Taj Lewis and rushed for 43 yards in 12 carries.
Lewis completed four of 10 for 145 yards, threw for two touchdowns and ran for another.
Sophomore wide receiver Ross Randolph scored the tying touchdown on a nine-yard reception. The Yellowjackets gained 266 yards and held San Marcos (1-4, 0-2) to 184 total yards.
Vinny Santiago’s interception with 55 seconds set up the final score.
