CHANNEL ISLANDS : Annual Water Main Flushings Scheduled
The Channel Islands Beach Community Services District will conduct an annual water main flushing between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. on three days this week.
Authorities said water may be brown shortly after the time when the water is flushed on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Washing clothes with the brown water may lead to brown stains. For hints on how to remove stains, residents can contact the district’s office at 985-6021.
