Cross-Country
Foster, from Fountain Valley High, is off to another solid start for the Rustlers. She finished second in the Orange Empire Conference preview run Saturday at Fairview Regional Park in Costa Mesa. Foster covered the 5,000-meter course in 19 minutes 45 seconds. She was two seconds behind Charlotte Mayock of Riverside. Foster won her first two races last season, including the conference preview run. She finished fifth in the conference meet and was 26th in the State meet.
