* The National Women’s Political Caucus, San Fernando Valley, will give its 1994 annual Light Award luncheon at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at the Braemar Country Club, 4001 Reseda Blvd., Tarzana. Democratic gubernatorial candidate Kathleen Brown and Los Angeles City Councilwoman Laura Chick will be the special guests. Cost is $50 for members and $60 for non-members.
