* The San Fernando Valley Voter Registration Education Project will kick off a nonpartisan voter registration drive at 8 a.m. Saturday at the office of Home Visitation Center, 13412 Van Nuys Blvd., Pacoima. Breakfast will be served at 8, followed by voter registration training from 9 to 10 a.m. Afterward, teams led by elected officials will walk in targeted precincts of the San Fernando Valley.
