Pacific Snax Ends Bid for Chips Firm
NEWPORT BEACH — Pacific Snax Corp. Monday withdrew its $2.5-million offer to buy Bob’s Texas Style Potato Chips Inc., a Brookshire, Tex., food company.

It added that the costs associated with the Bob’s acquisition have been small and would not have “any appreciable impact” on Pacific Snax.
