Cimco Inc.: The Costa Mesa manufacturer of plastic components for commercial, industrial and medical customers reported a net loss of $1.2 million, or 41 cents a share, for its 1994 fiscal year, which included $1.1 million in restructuring charges. That contrasts with a profit of $1.5 million, or 50 cents a share, for the prior year. Sales for the year ended April 30 fell to $73.9 million from $76.9 million. For the fourth quarter, the company recorded a net loss of $908,000, or 31 cents a share, contrasted with a profit of $734,000, or 25 cents a share, a year ago. Sales declined to $19 million from $21.7 million.
