AFI Fest Replaces ‘The Dead Mother’

“The Dead Mother,” scheduled for today at 1:40 and 7 p.m. at the AFI Film Fest at the Monica 4-Plex, has been canceled. It will be replaced by Eliseo Subiela’s “The Dark Side of the Heart,” which sold out its evening screening last Monday.

Also canceled is “New From Cannes,” scheduled for Thursday at 1:40 and 7 p.m. It will be replaced by “International Erotic Tales,” which will also screen Wednesday at 1:40 and 6:40 p.m. Theatix: (213) 466-6972.
