PARK RIDGE, N.J. — The house where former President Richard Nixon lived the last four years of his life is for sale at an asking price of $995,000. Nixon’s two daughters, Julie Nixon Eisenhower and Tricia Nixon Cox, inherited the four-story, 3,500-square-foot townhouse when Nixon died earlier this year.
