Body Found in Orange Parking Lot

ORANGE — The body of an apparent homicide victim was discovered early Sunday in the covered parking lot of an office building at 1700 W. Katella Ave.
Police said the victim, Robert Andrew Williams, 34, of Fullerton, had been shot.
“Right now it’s kind of a mystery--a real whodunit,” Orange Police Lt. John Higley said.
The call that brought police to the parking lot came at 10:46 a.m. Higley said it was not known how long the man had been dead, and police had yet to find any witnesses.
An autopsy was scheduled for this morning, he said.
