Japanese Cities Top Cost-of-Living List: Tokyo and Osaka are still by far the most expensive places to live, with Moscow in third place, according to a report released by Geneva-based Corporate Resources Group. The fourth-most expensive city is Buenos Aires, followed by Hong Kong, Taipei, Zurich and Geneva. Prices are lowest in Harare, Zimbabwe. The Swiss study found that cost differences between Japan and cities elsewhere had been exaggerated by the recent strength of the yen.
