GARDEN GROVE : Work to Limit Access on Bushard Street

Traffic and parking will be restricted for more than a month on Bushard Street between Washington Avenue and Kennedy Way because of street repairs.
Construction of curbs, gutters, a sidewalk and new asphalt pavement will begin June 20 and will continue until the last week of July, said Bill Patapoff, an administrative assistant at the Development Services Department.
Patapoff said that one lane in each direction will be open during construction. He said there will be access for residents and business owners in the area. Construction hours will be from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The $62,000 project will complete the street improvements around John Murdy Elementary School.
