* Jay McCalister has joined Silicon Systems in Tustin as director of fabrication operations. He succeeds Rick Hodgman, who recently relocated to Singapore to head up the semiconductor company’s assembly and test operation. McCalister was formerly with National Semiconductor in Salt Lake City for 18 years.
