PASADENA : Symphony Musicians to Coach Students

The Pasadena Symphony Assn. has launched a mentoring program at two Pasadena schools in which orchestra members will coach student musicians.
Five members of the orchestra will hold master classes Tuesday at Eliot Middle School from 8 to 10:15 a.m. and at Muir High School from 1 to 2 p.m.
Participating musicians are violinist and principal concertmaster Paul Shure, cellist Judith Perett-Johnson, trumpet player David Searfoss, flutist Orme Weisz and clarinet player Virginia Loe.
