Chad Therapeutics Reports Record Earnings
Chad Therapeutics Inc., a Chatsworth maker of oxygen-conserving devices used by patients with respiratory problems, reported record earnings for its fiscal fourth quarter on a 56% surge in revenue.
For the quarter that ended March 31, the company’s profit climbed 77%, to $564,577 from $318,893 in the comparable period a year earlier. Sales in the latest quarter were $2.47 million, up from $1.58 million, partly on the strength of its new portable oxygen system introduced in November.
For its fiscal year that ended March 31, Chad’s profit boomed 65%, to $2.05 million from $1.24 million a year earlier. Its latest fiscal year sales totaled $9.47 million, up 63% from $5.8 million.
