Larry D. Godbold has joined Holmes & Narver Inc., an Orange engineering, architectural and construction services firm, as senior track designer. In his new position, he will be responsible for rail design and railroad project development. Godbold was formerly a project manager at H.M. Scott & Associates in El Monte, a railway engineering firm, and before that was a railway designer for Santa Fe Railway Co.
