Oakland Project: Sares Regis Group, an Irvine developer, has signed an agreement to rebuild the 433-unit Parkwoods Condominiums in Oakland, one of the largest single properties to be destroyed in the 1991 Oakland Hills fire.
Architect on the project is McLarand, Vasquez & Partners of Costa Mesa.
Sares Regis Group’s residential division in Irvine has built more than 9,200 apartments and condominiums in the past 11 years.
