Richey Electronics Buy: Richey Electronics Inc., a Garden Grove distributor of electronics parts, said Wednesday that it has paid $1.7 million for the electronics division of a New England company. The purchase of the In-Stock division of Anchor Group Inc., based in Westborough, Mass., will create a $17-million-a-year company, based on the combined revenue of the two companies.
