Adm. Kelso and Tailhook Scandal

The Navy has resolved the Tailhook sex scandal in a manner that allows the perpetrators to go unpunished, while at least one of the victims suffers the loss of a career in addition to a physical assault.
Let us hope that talented and qualified women will not be discouraged from joining our military forces by the actions of the officers in charge of the investigation.
