Luther Medical Products Inc.: The Tustin manufacturer of catheter and neuro-diagnostic products said it lost $189,775, or 7 cents a share, for the second fiscal quarter, contrasted with a profit of $27,901, or 1 cent a share, for the comparable period last year. Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 declined 14%, to $913,385 from $1.1 million. For the first six months, the company reported a net loss of $278,900, or 10 cents a share, on revenue of $1.8 million. That compares with a profit of $49,786, or 2 cents a share, on revenue of $2.1 million for the six months ended Dec. 31, 1992. The company attributed the decline in revenue and earnings primarily to the low level of orders from its distributor.
