John E. Hall, music director of the Cypress Pops Orchestra, is forming a new orchestra to be called the Philharmonic Orchestra of Cypress. The all-volunteer group will begin rehearsing March 2. Musicians interested in participating should call Hall evenings at (714) 527-0964.
