12-Year-Old Sought in Shooting of Another Girl

ATLANTA — Police were looking for a 12-year-old girl Friday after she was accused of shooting and wounding a 13-year-old in an argument over a boy.
The victim was in stable condition after being hit in the neck by one of six shots fired outside a store described as a hangout for local teen-agers.
