Monday is Presidents’ Day. The following schedule will be in effect:
* City, county and federal offices will be closed. Westminster city offices, however, will remain open.
* County, state and federal courthouses will be closed.
* City and county libraries will be closed.
* Banks and savings and loans will be closed. Home Savings will also be closed today.
* Schools, colleges and universities will be closed. Chapman College, however, will remain open.
* Mail: There will be no postal service.
* Trash: It will be collected on the regular schedule.
* Buses: There will be no disruption of services.
* Parks: All city- and county-run parks will be open during regular hours.
