Survey Shows Baby Boomers Seeking Security: More than 70% of Americans say the would sacrifice new cars, brand name goods and going out to restaurants to ensure a financially secure retirement, according to a recent survey. More than 60% of baby boomers--Americans between the ages 29 and 47--say they will not have enough for retirement no matter how much they save, according to a report commissioned by the Municipal Bond Investors Assurance Corp. About 66% of baby boomers say they believe their retirement savings are at risk.
