Dennis K. Wilson has been appointed vice president, finance and chief financial officer for Beckman Instruments Inc. in Fullerton. He succeeds George Kilmain, who retired. Wilson had been vice president and treasurer since 1989. Before that, he was vice president, corporate accounting and assistant controller at SmithKline Beckman Corp. in Philadelphia.
