WILSHIRE CENTER : Deputy Police Chief to Address Forum
Deputy Chief Lawrence E. Fetters, commanding officer of the Police Department’s Human Resources Center, will speak at a Feb. 13 forum sponsored by Immanuel Presbyterian Church, 3300 Wilshire Blvd.
The 1 p.m. forum will be preceded by worship service at 11 a.m. and a luncheon at 12:15 p.m. The lunch is $4 for adults and $2 for children younger than 12.
Fetters, who is also a member of the church’s Heart of Los Angeles neighborhood youth ministry, will speak on police-community relations, particularly in the Wilshire Center area. Information: (213) 389-3191.
