Comarco Renews Contract: Comarco Inc., the Anaheim communications and engineering services supplier, said Monday it has renewed a $1-million annual contract with the U.S. Army in South Korea.
For the past five years, the company has provided full-time and on-call customer hot-line support for more than 500 communications systems users across South Korea.
“Comarco is pleased that we have been selected to continue our support to the 8th U.S. Army in Korea,” Don M. Bailey, the company’s president, said in a statement.
Comarco also recently won a subcontract to provide software to a U.S. Army Intelligence Center at Ft. Huachuca, Ariz.
In Monday’s Nasdaq trading, Comarco’s stock closed unchanged at $5 a share.
