COMMUNITY COLLEGE ROUNDUP : Holmqvist’s Two Goals Pace OCC in Soccer

Martin Holmqvist scored twice as Orange Coast beat Glendale, 3-1, in a nonconference men’s soccer game Thursday at OCC.
Holmqvist, a freshman from Sweden, scored 33 minutes into the first half and four minutes into the second half. Jason Greasley scored OCC’s other goal. Orange Coast is 5-0-3 and Glendale is 2-3-2.

In another nonconference men’s soccer:
Fullerton 5, Cerritos 3--Alex Perez had a hat trick, and Scott Anderson and Eddie Escobar added goals for host Fullerton (2-2-4). Cerritos is 0-8.
