Disney Executive to Remain Active: Disneyland President Jack Lindquist plans to consult with the company after he retires Nov. 18, Mickey Mouse’s 65th birthday. Lindquist, 66, joined Disneyland when the Anaheim theme park was only 6 weeks old. He played a key role in planning the proposed $3-billion Disneyland Resort expansion and in creating the Mighty Ducks hockey team, of which he is chairman. No successor has been named.
