Regulators Lift Order on Western Security Bank
Western Security Bank in Toluca Lake said federal regulators earlier this month lifted a consent order that had put the independent bank under certain requirements aimed at improving its operations.
The consent order was signed in March, 1992, by the bank and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. Since then, Western Security said it has closed offices in Valencia and Pasadena in order to focus on its primary market in Toluca Lake and the surrounding media district in Burbank.
