COMMUNITY COLLEGE ROUNDUP : Cypress Gets Goals From Three Players in Soccer Victory

Three players scored as Cypress beat Mt. San Antonio, 3-1, in a nonconference women’s soccer game Friday at Cypress.
Debbie Klein and Kim Wyer scored in the first half and Pam Prine added a goal in the second for Cypress (4-0), which has outscored opponents, 20-1, this season. Shelby White scored for Mt. San Antonio (4-1), which beat Cypress last season for the Southern California championship. The Cypress goals were the first three goals the Mounties have allowed this season.
In nonconference men’s soccer:
Irvine Valley 6, Southwestern 0--George Larsen, Jacob Matulich, Jeff Rynders, Frank Pace, Thomas Okokhere and Luis Ramos scored for Irvine Valley (5-1-2). Southwestern is 3-3-2.
Orange Coast 3 Cuyamaca 2--Roger Dana, Martin Sanmiguel and Jason Greasley scored goals for visiting Orange Coast (4-0-2). Cuyamaca is 0-4-0.
