Tollway Agencies Name Director of Contracts

Gary H. Steinke has joined the Transportation Corridor Agencies as director of contracts and procurement. He will be responsible for developing and managing contracts related to design and construction of the Foothill, Eastern and San Joaquin Hills transportation corridors in south Orange County. Steinke was formerly lead contract administrator for Segment I of the Los Angeles subway system.

* John R. Donohue will join American Savings Bank in Irvine as executive vice president and director of lending portfolio management. He will oversee the bank’s lending, credit and operations responsibilities. Donohue comes to American Savings after 15 years at World Savings in Oakland, where he most recently served as group senior vice president, loan underwriting and human resources.
