OUTLOOK
Pacifica fielded a fairly competitive team last year, but the Mariners lost nearly everyone. DePippo and Cook lead an inexperienced offense. “DePippo has a strong arm and good feet,” Craven said. Pacifica’s offense should be simple. “We’ll try to keep from fumbling,” he said. “We’ll run real basic stuff.” Stollenwerk is the only senior on a very young offensive line, so protecting DePippo will be a problem. Craven is also concerned about his secondary, which is extremely inexperienced.
