India Plans to Open Taj Mahal in Evenings

NEW DELHI — After leaving tourists in the dark for a decade, the government said Tuesday it will open the Taj Mahal for visits after sundown.
The fee for viewing the magnificent pearl-white tomb under the moonlight will be $3.50--about 10 times the normal admission rate.
