‘Fierce Tongues’ Postponed
Scheduling conflicts for some of the participants have led to the postponement of “Fierce Tongues, Women of Fire,” three days of performances and discussions by and about Latina artists, which was to have been presented by Highways Performance Space in partnership with the LA Festival on Sept. 24-26. The event will be rescheduled as soon as Highways’ bookings allow, a spokesman said.
And, “Friendly Fire,” part of the LA Festival-curated “Memory Projects” series, will now run from Sept. 30-Oct. 3 at Highways, after a four-day postponement.
