Reverse Stock Split at Garden Grove Firm
GARDEN GROVE — A reverse stock split at Security Environmental Systems takes effect July 30, President Stephen I. Grossman said Thursday.
The 3-for-1 split will reduce the company’s outstanding shares from 9.6 million to about 3.2 million. “We believe that the reverse stock split will position the company’s shares for increased participation by institutional and other significant shareholders,” Grossman said.
Security Environmental, based in Garden Grove, handles the interstate transportation and disposal of hazardous waste.
