Paul Conrad Exhibit in Fullerton Extended

As a result of its popularity, “Conrad: Thirty Years on the Front Lines,” an exhibit at the Fullerton Museum Center, has been extended through Aug. 29. The show (originally scheduled to close Aug. 15) features works by Paul Conrad, the Pulitzer Prize-winning editorial cartoonist who recently retired from The Times.

Conrad will be at the museum center today, delivering a lecture at 1 p.m. and signing copies of his fifth book, “Conartist,” from 2:30 to 4 p.m. Tickets to the lecture, which are $6, are also good for admission to the exhibit.

The center is at 301 N. Pomona Ave. in Fullerton. Hours: noon to 4 p.m. Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays; noon to 9 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays.

Regular admission is $2.50 for adults, $2 for seniors, $1.50 for students, free for children under 12 and free for everyone on Thursdays from 6 to 9 p.m. (714) 738-6545.
