Chandler’s Service Set

A memorial service will be held today for Floyd Chandler, the former Loara High School baseball coach who died Thursday of natural causes.
The service will be held at 3:45 p.m. at the Hillside Chapel at Rose Hill Mortuary in Whittier.
Chandler, who was 67, coached Loara for eight seasons. He also was a football and basketball official in Orange County for 25 years and was a scout for the Kansas City Royals since 1971.
