WASHINGTON — A majority of Americans would rather spend a week in the slammer than be President, says an ABC News-Washington Post poll out Sunday.
The survey found that 52% would rather put in a week in an 8-foot-by-10-foot cell than four years in the hot seat at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.
Forty-six percent chose the Oval Office while 2% couldn’t decide.
The telephone poll, conducted June 25-28, questioned 1,514 adults and had a margin of error of three percentage points.
