Dinosaur Brain

* Re “Scientists Recover DNA From Time of Dinosaurs,” June 10:

All this hype about revivifying dinosaur DNA! Such material is alive and well and living inside of us in part of the “old brain.” It is known as the limbic system, sometimes referred to as the “reptile brain.” One look at the violence confronting world citizens every day makes us realize that Godzilla, et al., is all too alive within us. (What we really need is hype about programming our magnificent forebrains to control the dinosaurs in us all.)
