The country dance craze two-steps on: Orange County’s newest club, opening Thursday, will be In Cahoots in Fullerton. Part of a growing California chain, the club will occupy the former home of the Fullerton Hop at 1401 S. Lemon Ave. In Cahoots will feature disc jockeys and recorded country music six nights a week and local country bands on Sunday nights, according to general manager Zen Ziejewski. National-level recording acts will play every two months or so, Ziejewski added, although no dates are booked. Performers appearing recently at the In Cahoots in Glendale have included Randy Foster, Highway 101 and Pam Tillis. Information: (714) 441-1666.
