The Allard Academy, a Newport Beach-based performing arts school, will present their annual spring program, “A Galaxy of Stars,” a musical theater revue featuring Duane Williams and Meshelle Dillon, on Sunday at 3 p.m. at the St. Joseph’s Center, 480 S.
