Films: Capella International Inc., a German-owned film company based in Los Angeles, established itself as a serious force on the movie-making scene at the Cannes Film Festival. Capella has been quietly forging deals with filmmakers since it was formed 18 months ago. Its projects include “The Real McCoy,” starring Kim Basinger; “A Business Affair,” with Christopher Walken, and “Ice Cream Man,” which stars former Mr. Universe Ralph Moeller. Capella hopes to turn Moeller into Hollywood’s next action hero.
