Countywide : Bridge Work to Close Freeway Temporarily

Closure of the northbound Costa Mesa Freeway is scheduled from midnight tonight to 5 a.m. Thursday, between Edinger Avenue and the Santa Ana Freeway, Caltrans officials said.
As a result, the northbound Costa Mesa Freeway on-ramps at Edinger Avenue and McFadden Avenue will close.
Crews will be doing bridge work.
Closure of the southbound Costa Mesa Freeway--between 4th Street and the Santa Ana Freeway--is scheduled from midnight tonight to 5 a.m. Thursday and will be repeated the next day, the California Department of Transportation said.
Motorists are urged to use surface streets during the freeway closure.
