Delphi Shows 4th-Quarter Earnings of $14,000

Delphi Information Systems, a Westlake Village developer of computer software systems for the insurance industry, reported fiscal fourth-quarter earnings of $14,000, compared with a restated loss of $8 million for the year before.
In the three months that ended March 31, Delphi’s revenue totaled $12.8 million, up from $12.4 million a year earlier.
The company’s prior fourth-quarter loss included a $7.9-million charge for consolidation and repositioning costs. Its results have been restated to include the operating results of Continental Systems Inc., which Delphi acquired in March.
For the fiscal year that ended March 31, Delphi reported earnings of $531,000, compared with a restated loss of $9 million for the previous year. Its revenue totaled $51.6 million, up from $44.6 million a year earlier.
